We will obtain competitive bids from agreed upon specifications for all work that is to be contracted out and represent the Board as their contract administrator. The Board will make selection.
Monitoring of Contactor Performance
Community Association Professional will act as the administrator. This will include monitoring the quality of the contractor work and timeliness of completion.
Monitoring of Association Covenants
We will monitor the Association's covenants and issue enforcement letters according to the direction of the Association. We will also maintain files of violations sent out.
This will include, but not limited to, inspections of fences, greenbelts, pool and association facilities, clubhouse, walks, streets, and alleyways, lighting and parking areas.
